Ngoài ra, các mặt hàng đều được đóng gói cẩn thận trước khi vận chuyển cùng với giấy bảo hành (tùy từng dòng sản phẩm). Với các đơn hàng lỗi, nhân viên của chúng tôi sẽ xử lý cho quý khách theo quy định.

Chúng tôi sẽ giao hàng miễn phí trong nội thành và quận lân cận, áp dụng cho các đơn hàng trên 2 triệu . Đối với các đơn hàng có giá trị dưới 2 triệu, hoặc đơn hàng offset sẽ được chúng tôi báo phí cụ thể, vui lòng liên hệ với bộ phận kinh doanh

2. Giao Hàng Tính Phí

– Các đơn hàng có giá trị dưới 2 triệu sẽ tính phí dựa trên phí giao hàng của đơn vị vận chuyển grab, ahamove, ghtk, viettel…

– Các đơn hàng phải giao ở các vùng ngoại thành phố

– Các đơn hàng vận chuyển đi các tỉnh khác

3. Vận Chuyển Ra Chành Xe

– Hỗ trợ vận chuyển ra chành xe miễn phí đối với đơn hàng có trọng lượng trên 100kg

– Với các đơn hàng lớn hơn 20kg sẽ tính phí vận chuyển, phí phụ thuộc vào từng chành xe khác nhau.

Thời gian giao nhận
Thời gian giao hàng sẽ được các bên thống nhất trong quá trình ký kết hợp đồng. Với các đơn hàng hoàn thành trước thời hạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho Quý khách hàng. Nếu Quý khách hàng muốn lấy sớm thì đội ngũ giao hàng sẽ hỗ trợ chuyển ngay cho Quý khách hàng.
Với các đơn hàng gấp, In ấn – Quảng cáo BIG sẽ giao hàng nhanh để đảm bảo hàng đúng ngày cho quý khách. Trong một số trường hợp, chúng tôi có thể giao hàng chậm do những điều kiện khách quan như: Thời tiết xấu, điều kiện giao thông không thuận lợi, xe hỏng hóc trên đường giao hàng, trục trặc trong quá trình xuất hàng.

4. Chính sách giao nhận

Nếu dịch vụ vận chuyển do chúng tôi chỉ định, chúng tôi sẽ chịu trách nhiệm với các sản phẩm và các rủi ro như mất mát hoặc hư hại của sản phẩm trong suốt quá trình vận chuyển đến Quý khách hàng.
Quý khách hàng có trách nhiệm kiểm tra sản phẩm khi nhận hàng. Khi phát hiện sản phẩm bị hư hại hoặc sai thông tin hãy ký xác nhận tình trạng hàng hóa với Nhân viên giao nhận và thông báo ngay cho Bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng qua Hotline: (028) 3535 4686 hoặc 0939 799 228 hoặc 0918 823 218
Sau khi Quý khách hàng đã ký nhận sản phẩm mà không ghi chú hoặc có ý kiến về hàng hóa. Chúng tôi không có trách nhiệm với những yêu cầu đổi trả vì các lý do khác  từ Quý khách hàng sau này.
Nếu dịch vụ vận chuyển do Quý khách hàng chỉ định và lựa chọn thì Quý khách hàng sẽ chịu trách nhiệm với hàng hóa và các rủi ro như mất mát hoặc hư hại của hàng hóa trong suốt quá trình vận chuyển hàng từ cửa hàng đến Quý khách hàng. Khách hàng sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cước phí và tổn thất liên quan
